Overview
Susan Foulds specializes in online financial services, payments, and mobile offerings. She draws upon over 20 years of experience in strategy and management to assist clients with all phases of product strategy and planning for online channel development and site enhancements; incorporating industry and competitive analysis, assessment of product priorities and drivers in line with business goals, and technology/service provider evaluations. Susan frequently contributes to industry publications and conferences as a subject expert and is a member of NACHA’s Council on Electronic Billing and Payments (CEBP) where she served for seven years on the Steering Committee.
Practice Areas of Emphasis
Susan brings industry depth in product and customer experience best practices for: online and mobile banking, bill presentment and payments, online customer acquisition and self-service, and emerging payments. In addition to client engagements with national, regional and community banks, payments processors, and other financial services firms, Susan has collaborated in various capacities with leading pioneers in online financial services and mobile communications, such as CheckFree, Online Resources Corporation, MasterCard RPPS, Bell Canada, BellSouth Mobile, and Research In Motion (RIM).
