CAMINO CONSULTING EXTENDS SERVICE OFFERINGS FOR
CORPORATE TREASURY INITIATIVES

Camino assembles team of industry veterans to provide strategic insight to the treasury management community

ATLANTA, July 9, 2007 – Camino Consulting, a leading consulting firm specializing in strategic insight and technical solutions in the treasury management and securities services markets, has extended its offerings for financial institutions, technology companies and corporate clients. The new service will leverage the firm’s expertise to advise clients on the impact to their business of current corporate treasury and bank connectivity initiatives.

“ While there has been a growing interest in a number of emerging corporate treasury initiatives, there is currently a tremendous need for independent, unbiased thought leadership in this market, particularly regarding corporate connectivity to banks and CLS third party participation,” said D. Randall Marcrum, managing director and co-founder of Camino Consulting. “As experts in SWIFT, CLS and the related technologies, Camino is ready to respond to this need. We are thought leaders for corporates and can provide guidance as they evaluate the use of these specialized programs and supporting technologies to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and facilitate greater straight-through processing in their back-offices. In addition, we are positioned as a resource for technology companies and financial institutions seeking to develop ancillary products and services for their corporate clients.”

“ We are happy with the strategic investment Camino is making. It is very timely given the growing demand of corporates connecting to SWIFT. Corporates are seeking the unmatched reliability of a single connection to multiple banks, and enhanced standardization for greater efficiency,” said Luc Meurant, Head of Corporate Access Program, SWIFT.

Jonathan Butterfield, Executive Vice President of CLS Bank International commented, “I am very pleased to see this wealth of experience being assembled at Camino to provide both the thought leadership and content expertise as corporates consider participation in these major industry initiatives. These initiatives require and deserve detailed assessment and I am sure Camino can assist their clients to make an informed decision, which is much bigger than a ‘project choice’."

To assist with this new service and to cover anticipated activity, Camino has augmented its practice with industry veterans S. Wilson (Skip) Heaps, Ray Mulhern, Tom Newman and Henry Waszkowski as senior advisors to work with clients on a strategic basis.

Mr. Heaps is the president of Wilson Associates and the former director of global product management in the Global Treasury Services Division at Bank of America. Mr. Heaps has over 25 years of senior corporate treasury management experience with leading financial institutions. As a senior executive, his broad-based experiences encompass financial services, including leadership positions in client acquisition, product management and development, customer service, marketing, and strategy development.

Mr. Mulhern, president of the M Consulting Group, joins Camino with over 30 years of experience in the operational, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and product management aspects of the global payments industry. He has worked with a range of clients and organizations including SWIFT and other global payments infrastructures throughout his career. He was previously a senior vice president of Wachovia Bank, where he was a member of the Payment Strategies Group until 2006.

Mr. Newman is an independent financial markets consultant. He is currently working closely with the CLS Group as a senior advisor focusing on strategy and new product development. He was previously responsible for product and relationship management at CLS. Mr. Newman was part of the management team that developed and launched CLS in 2002, the industry utility that settles over $3 trillion of foreign exchange daily for over 1000 entities. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Newman held a range of senior positions in the banking and securities industry including such roles as Head of Government Bonds, Chief Operating Officer, and the London Branch Manager of a US bank.

Mr. Waszkowski is Managing Director of Treasury Performance Group with over 30 years of experience in Corporate Treasury Management, Bank Product Management, Payment Systems and effective application of technology. He consults with corporations, banks and vendors with a focus on improving effectiveness of Treasury organizations through process improvement, and technology selection and implementation.

“With their extensive industry experience and breadth of knowledge, these gentlemen will enhance our ability to engage in a strategic dialogue with our clients and complement Camino’s proven expertise in advising clients on business driven technology decisions and managing complex technology oriented projects,” said Marcrum.
