The commercial arrangements with our clients vary based on their underlying needs, resource requirements, budgets, and time horizons. Each valued relationship is unique and could be based on any of the following scenarios:

  • Contract – specific project or deliverable - typically less than three months in duration,
  • Retainer – long term initiative or requirement for dedicated technical resources, either on-call or for a set number of days/months. These arrangements usually range from three months to a year with extensions,
  • Ad hocone-off needs which are time critical and require dedicated resources for a short period of time ranging from a few hours to a few weeks,
  • Sub-contract – consulting firms which retain Camino resources as subject matter experts for their own client engagements. This type of arrangement usually ranges from three months to a year or more.
